Pop Rock outfit Amy Meredith have scored the coveted support slot for international superstarJessie J’s upcoming Australian tour. The boys from Sydney are over the moon with the news and can’t wait to hit the stage with the talented singer. “After spending the past nine months writing and travelling, I’m looking forward to getting back out there and playing to our fans again. And hitting the stage with Jessie J, wow! It’s going to be amazing!” said lead singer Christian Lo Russo. The Band will be joining Professor Green who will be performing at selected dates on the tour.

Jessie J has cancelled her New Zealand show scheduled for next Tuesday (February 28) at Auckland’s Vector Arena. The concert’s promoters issued a statement this morning saying the cancellation is due to unexpected production issues arising from rehearsals, which in turn have led to delays. This means her tour will no longer be able to start on the date it was meant to. In the statement, Jessie J said how disappointed she was at being unable to come to New Zealand.
“You guys have no idea how disappointed I am that I am unable to start my tour how I intended to, by meeting my amazing New Zealand fans. I promise I will be back as soon as I can to give you a show you’ll all remember. Thank you for all your support and once again I am so very sorry”

UK Heartbeats may be waiting till 2013 before you get to see Jessie Performing at an arena near you. Jessie told Capital a few mouths ago that she wants to perform in larger venues around the UK in 2012 but it has turned out Jessie’s year is full that it may take a year before she hit the UK again. The news came out when a Heartbeat tweeted Jessie yesterday (February 18) saying:
“@JessieJofficial can you just put us straight and let us know if the tour is this year or next? We’re all confused,” Twitter user @ashleyspencer posted earlier this evening”
Jessie replied to this tweet “next year” as we already know Jessie’s working on the BBC show ‘The Voice’ and is doing numerous European summer Festivals and Touring in Oceanic and Asia, make sure to tell us if your going to the Auckland show on the 28th make sure to let us know.

Its has been announced that Professor Green and Australia’s own DJ Ruby Rose are going to be opening as support act for Jessie on her Australian tour which is set to open on 28 of February. If you have not bought tickets for her tour then buy them HERE

Jessie J was meant to be supporting Katy Perry on her US leg of her California Dreams tour, performed in Berlin, Germany last night (Nov, 9) wearing a revealed purple costume accompanied with a purple bob.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Jessie J said: “I’m touring again and doing The Voice on TV next year.
“I hope for a bigger tour. I’m also starting album two early next year but I’m not going to put pressure on myself – it’s got to come naturally.”
Jessie also added: “I don’t have any time free. I’d rather be performing and running around than not.”
