
The ‘Do it like a Dude’ star has been been hooked up in Los Angeles working extensively on her second album over the past few months , The singer returned to the UK at the end of last year to resume work on The Voice UK, Jessie shared a picture of herself finishing a track. The singer posted on twitter she had just finished writing a she dubbed ‘great song’ she tweeted:
“Writing a great song with @waynehector @stevemacprod,”

Jessie J has avoided rushing out a new album, she even delayed her ‘Nice To Meet You’ UK arena tour until October , so it will give her enough time to produce an album that is nothing short of a masterpiece. , after delaying her ‘Nice To Meet You’ UK arena tour until October to give her more time in the studio, and advised her fans that “art cannot be rushed”.

Jessie has came in 6th place with ‘Domino’ as biggest selling single of 2012 in the UK, this news comes day’s after hearing Jessie’s debut album ‘Who You Are’ is still in the top 10 of biggest selling albums in the UK after being released in February of 2011 check out the full list below.

Jessie J has recently recorded a new song for “Silver Linings Playbook” called ‘Crazy About You’ written by Diane Warren. A movie about two people going through some personal pain that has affected their mental health. The tune has leaked online (listen above)

Jessie J has revealed tonight’s performance at iTunes Festival 2012 will be the last time she performs a full set of songs from her debut album ‘Who You Are’, as she continues getting her second record ready for release. The ’Domino’ star will take to the stage at the Camden Roundhouse in London this evening (21st September), and has issue a special thank you message to fans for sticking with her through the first era of her music career
“Tonight is the last gig for this year where I will be performing a full set of songs from my album ‘Who You Are’,” Jessie announced on Twitter today (21st September). ”I want to say THANK YOU to every single person who has come to watch me live in the last 2 years to see me sing songs from ‘WHO YOU ARE. Your support, generosity, love, banner making, loud cheering, camping outside, screaming, high jumping, singing along to every word, T-shirt wearing, fan book making, laughing to my bad jokes, has NEVER gone unnoticed,” Jessie explained.“The love in my heart for my fans is unconditional. Album two will be 100′s of gigs. I know you all will make it as special as the first album,” Jessie wrote. ”We are on a journey :) Tonight is a big night. Thank you for sticking with me through it all. Music brings people together. Love the people you have in your life BUT play the music LOUD!” she added. “You really have made my dreams a reality… I am so grateful you all believe in me.”
We are seriously exited about this can’t wait for the new album but we will sure miss The ‘Who You Are’ era!

This week is no different it’s been announced that the ‘Price Tag’ singer has been named the #1 most played artist in Ireland according to Phonographic Performance Ireland Limited Jessie’s single Price Tag narrowly beat the American band Maroon 5’s worldwide hit Moves like Jagger, While managing to also beat the biggest selling UK Female artist last year Adele’s Rolling in the Deep and even fellow Voice Judge Danny’s Band The Script.
