Rumors have been spreading that Jessie J is to play a key part in the X Factor as a mentor at the judges houses stage. Jessie will join N-Dubz star and judge Tulisa Contostavlos in Greece later this month. Londoner Jessie J will help her choose three of six groups to remain in the ITV1 contest. Simon Cowell, who praised Jessie J after last year’s series, is understood to have intervened to get her. A source said: “He’s keen for her to sing on the show.”
